Our Management

Rakesh Moni
With more than 18 years of experience in Business Development, Business Consulting, and Project Management, Rakesh Moni is Co-Founder and Director at YORS HR.
Previously, he has worked with many MNCs like Adecco and Ricoh India Ltd managing Channel Business as a Business Operation Manager. Being versatile in nature, he has handled various functions like operation management, process management, office automation, consulting services and manufacturing domain.
His deep expertise in different areas helps YORS HR in enhancing productivity. Mr. Moni loves challenges and comes out of his comfort zone to handle them.

Sameer Mago
Sameer Mago is an MBA in Finance with 20+ yrs experience in Finance, HR ∓ Business Operations.
He Started his career with Sun Security Services in 1994 ∓ worked his way up to eventually head Sun Security operations by 2004.
He became part of YORS HR as Head-Finance in 2007.He has a keen eye for details ∓ this has helped him in successfully executing multiple projects with many corporates.

Mayuri Dharmadhikari
Seasoned Business Development professional with 5+ years’ experience. Mayuri discovered her true potential in Human Resource industry.
Being an MBA-HR from a reputed institute; Personnel Management, Counselling, Employee Relations, Payroll, Training & Development, Employee Engagement is her forte.
She loves to experiment new things in HR domain which will give a new perspective to look at HR as a Business module.
