He began his professional journey with Sun Security Services in 1994 and, through consistent performance and strategic leadership, rose to head the company’s operations by 2004. His ability to streamline processes, build high-performing teams, and deliver operational efficiency played a key role in the organization’s success.

In 2007, Sameer joined YORS HR as Head – Finance, where he expanded his expertise beyond financial management to support large-scale HR and business initiatives.
