Sameer is an MBA in Finance with over 20 years of diverse experience spanning Finance, Human Resources, and Business Operations. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership, operational excellence, and a strong commitment to driving organizational growth.

He began his professional journey with Sun Security Services in 1994 and, through consistent performance and strategic leadership, rose to head the company’s operations by 2004. His ability to streamline processes, build high-performing teams, and deliver operational efficiency played a key role in the organization’s success.

In 2007, Sameer joined YORS HR as Head – Finance, where he expanded his expertise beyond financial management to support large-scale HR and business initiatives. His analytical mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and process-oriented approach have enabled him to successfully execute numerous projects for leading corporate clients across industries.
